Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
We offer FREE delivery and set up within 5 miles of lebanon/springboro area and some specific cities. Are typical fees are as follows.
5-10 miles away $10
10-15 miles away $20
15-20 miles away $30
20-30 miles away $40
30-35 miles away $55
If further than 35 miles please contact us we may be able to service your area
depending on the date of your event. We may not service some areas further than 35 miles. If
that happens to be the case we will let you know.
Safety is our top priority! We always secure each inflatable we set up with stakes or sand bags. We do not set up in winds over 20mph. If wind looks to be an issue we will let you know ASAP, so you can make new plans. Inflatables in general are very safe. We recommend that kids the same age/size bounce with eachother.
Unless it sits for an extended period of time (such as 2+ days, which we don’t typically do), it will not cause any harm to your grass. It may leave a small spot that will go away once your grass grows out. If you are worried about it we recommend to gently run a rake over the grass to pull it up to be sure it still gets plenty of sunlight and water. Using Water slides can cause damage to your yard. If the ground is pretty dry to begin with most cases it is fine or just a small spot of damage. There are times we have to pick up the next day or drop off a day early. Please keep that in mind when making your reservation. We don’t know our drop off/pick up schedule until 2 days prior to your event.
There is a deposit of 50% to make your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, you can cancel up to 48 hours til your event and get a full refund. If you cancel within 48 hours we keep the deposit, but you get it as a credit for up to 13 months.
If rain is in the forecast in most cases it will be fine especially during the summer months. a few pop ups arent really much of an issue. However, if they are calling for strong storms or rain all day it may be in your best interest to cancel or reschedule for another day. You can reschedule anytime with no additional fees.
